We ship to all locations within the United States. For international orders, non-food products can be shipped worldwide. Shipping time depends on the destination and can be confirmed during the order process. For food products, we have distributors in some European countries and other regions—please contact our customer service representative by phone, email, or WhatsApp. All international orders must be placed through a customer service representative and cannot be completed through the website.
Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and product availability. During checkout, you can choose expedited shipping at an additional cost for faster delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped
Yes, all of our food products are FDA-certified and comply with strict health and safety regulations. You can find additional information about certifications on each product’s page or contact our customer service for further details.
Yes, some products can be ordered with a custom logo or design. However, there is a minimum order requirement, and for certain products, there may be an additional cost for mold creation.
To place a custom order, please contact our customer service representative. All custom orders must be completed through them.
We do not accept product returns. However, as long as the order has not been shipped, you may attempt to cancel it by contacting our customer service representative. Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. If you received a damaged product or your order did not arrive, please contact customer service, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
When ordering spare parts, please ensure you select the correct machine model. If you’re unsure, our technical support team can send you a direct link to the appropriate product. If you’re eligible for a free replacement part, contact us to receive a code that waives the payment.
